The Queens Medical Center – West O‘ahu offers patients the ability to pay their hospital bill online by using a secure on-line payment site. Payments are normally posted to your hospital account within 2 business days. (Patient payments for Physician Billings is a future feature of QPay.)
To make a payment, you will need the hospital account number on your hospital billing statement and the patient's date of birth.

What bills can be paid online?
At this time, only Queen's inpatient and outpatient hospital bills may be paid online using Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover. Payments are processed within 2 business days. QMC – West O‘ahu does not charge a fee for an online payment. Please note: QMC – West O‘ahu is working on adding Physician billing.
Is my financial credit card information secure in this electronic environment?
Yes. The transaction portion of our website is protected with the latest encryption software.
Can I view my account balance online?
Online access to account information is not available at this time. Account information can be accessed via the telephone number on your billing statement. If you have any billing questions, please call our Patient Billing office at 808.691.3152.
Who can I call with questions about my account, changes to personal information or making payment arrangements?
