Sullivan Care Center


Outpatient services are available in the Sullivan Care Center, conveniently located on The Queen's Medical Center-West Oahu campus. Families living Central and West Oahu have access to Queen's quality care close to home.


  • Diabetes Management and Education Center
    Provides expert diabetes education and helps individuals with Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes manage their self-care with achievable plans. The Center works with a patient’s primary care provider to help better control his or her condition. Services include: diabetes self-management education, medical management, medical nutrition therapy and dietary counseling, and a diabetes in pregnancy program.

  • Infusion Services
    Offers an array of infusion therapy in a comfortable environment. Services include: hydration with and without additives, IM and subcutaneous injections, blood product transfusions, port flushes and IV antibiotics/medications.

  • Wound Care
    Provides patients with specialized treatment for chronic, non-healing wounds. We treat diabetic foot ulcers, neuropathic ulcers, venous ulcers, arterial ulcers, pressure ulcers, lower extremity cellulitis and edema, non-healing surgical wounds, other chronic, non-healing wounds, and osteoradionecrosis. Patients also have access to hyperbaric oxygen therapy at The Queen's Medical Center's Punchbowl campus.
    Our team includes board-certified physicians, and specially trained nurses and staff specially trained in wound care. Our nurses also serve as case managers, providing continuity of care to benefit our referring physicians and their patients.

  • Queen's Cancer Center – West O'ahu
    Extends cancer care services from Queen's Cancer Center's Punchbowl campus to provide better access to care close to home. Our team: medical oncologist, certified chemotherapy nurse, navigator associate, APRN support, genetic counseling, social work and survivorship. Access to clinical trials is also available.

  • Pulmonology 
    Provides comprehensive evaulation, diagnosis and well-coordinated care plans for patients with chronic lung and respiratory diseases, and conditions including asthma, tuberculosis (TB), pulmonary hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and more.

  • Sleep Center
    Provides diagnostic testing for the detection and treatment of sleep apnea. Other services include: overnight polysomnograms (ages 13 and older), overnight polysomnograms with CPAP or BiPAP (ages 13 and older) and unattended sleep studies (home sleep apnea testing, 18 years and older)—data is collected and transmitted to Queen's Punchbowl Sleep Lab for interpretation.
